Do you always find that you are too busy with your everyday life that you forget to leave some “ME” time?  A meditation workshop led by Manchester’s Fo Guang Shan will guide participants on how to relax and practice being mindful of every action. This event has limited spaces available, so book now not to miss out!

Come along to see an exhibition of travel writing, curated by The Centre for Travel Writing Studies (CTWS). The exhibition includes excerpts from popular travel accounts about global destinations, textual selections and commentaries by staff and students in travel writing studies, travel illustrations and ephemera, travel poems by CTWS members and postgraduate associates and recent publications by CTWS members.
